As a busy mom of 3 (twin toddler boys and a 7 year old daughter), I get how hard it can be to make healthy meals everyday. Inspired by the fitness industry and passionate about cooking, I decided to create a local meal prep service that delivers fresh and healthy meals to clients weekly. My meals are available for pick up or delivered straight to your door and ready to eat or heat. No cooking necessary! The macronutrients as well as all of the ingredients are listed directly on each of the meals. Each meal is focused on organic and local ingredients that are free of preservatives and low in salt/sodium content. The weekly menu includes 5-6 meal options to choose from and can easily be customized to meet your dietary needs.

What Goes Into my Meal Prepping

Meal prepping is not only a great way to stay on track health wise, but it makes those crazy days/nights a little smoother when your meals are already prepped and ready to eat.  I am a big believer in preparation equals success!  

All of my meals are made with fresh and local ingredients that are primarily organic or free of preservatives.  Each meal is labeled with specific ingredients as well as fat grams, calories, protein, and carbs. Menus rotate weekly to allow for new recipes to be introduced but favorites are always in the rotation.
